Elmwood Early Childhood Learning Centre provides care and learning experiences for children from Infancy to 5 years of age. Since 1971 it has been located in a beautiful three-story century home in the heart of Wortley Village. This centre includes seven classrooms, a community room, a full kitchen, and office space. The community room provides ongoing opportunities for educators and children to meet, play, and explore ideas together. Its beautiful playground is surrounded by mature trees that complement the spirit and vibrant energy of the house itself. The neighborhood is an extension of the classroom giving children the opportunity to visit local parks, businesses, and the library regularly.

Accessibility:

  • We are partially wheelchair accessible from a front door ramp, however, wheelchair access is not available to lower/upper-level classrooms
