Organizational Background
London Bridge offers a particular area of expertise in the provision of nurturing child care and enriched early childhood education for children from infancy to preschool that is inspired by the Reggio Emilia Philosophy. Administratively, London Bridge is also unique from many other child care centres. The ultimate responsibility for the organization rests with our Board of Directors, which is composed of parents, business and community leaders and employee representatives. We believe in transparency, social responsibility and the safe and secure provision of quality child care services.
The Director in each London Bridge child care centre is an Early Childhood Educator with many years experience, ongoing training and professional development. By providing our Centre Directors with enhanced administrative support they are able to spend a significant amount of time acting as mentors and co-learners in the classrooms.
Our educators and caregivers are Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Paraprofessionals recruited specifically to provide the type of care our parents rely on.
The head office administrative team provides efficient management and special resources for all London Bridge child care centres. This separation of education and administration allows us to focus on the care of the children and ensures that parent's fees are used effectively and efficiently. |

Social Responsibility
London Bridge believes in social responsibility and taking
an active role in our communities. We participate in volunteer and fundraising activities with the children in support of a variety of organizations and causes. While we may ask for families support in walk-a-thons, food drives, and other activities, we never ask that our children and families fundraise to support London Bridge. |
